- Do you actually have a CPA review my books?
- Yes. On Professional+ and Business+, Brickstone & Associates (a US-licensed CPA practice) reviews every AI-proposed entry before it posts. Starter is AI-only and is labeled as such on every report.
- What does the 14-day trial cover?
- You can use everything in the tier you sign up for. We require a card up front; we email you 3 days before the trial ends. Cancel any time from the customer portal.
- What happens if I exceed Starter's transaction limit?
- We will email you before anything changes and suggest upgrading to Professional+. We do not silently auto-upgrade or charge you.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes — switch any time from the customer portal. Annual plans pro-rate when you upgrade.
- Do you do my taxes?
- No — KEOBOOKS produces the books your tax preparer needs. Brickstone & Associates offers tax preparation as a separate professional service.
- Where is my data stored?
- On Google Cloud (US). Postgres for the ledger, GCS for documents, isolated per-tenant at the database layer (Postgres RLS). See the security page for details.
